So the media and Terry have dubbed Kerry the winner.

Yes, John Kerry. He's so different from Bush. After all, he opposes gay marriage, and supported the IWR, No Child Left Behind, the tax cuts, the Patriot Act....
(And so did John Edwards (D - Mill), so there's a perfect VP pick for the Dems.)
Kerry also voted for S.652, Government Funding of Religious Institutions; S.1219, Internet Censorship; National ID cards; S.735, Wiretapping; and other things the ACLU opposed.
Anybody remember when we had a fucking opposition party in this country?
Oh, he says he disagreed with them, but then voted for them anyway. Great. Just great. Way to stand up for your principles, pal.
Thanks for picking these 'winners' to be our candidates, Terry. This front loaded primary season was a genius idea. After all, in 1992 Bill Clinton only won 2 of the first 14 primaries. Good thing that loser didn't get the nomination, eh?
Why didn't you just quit when you lost in 2000, or when you lost in 2002? Oh, that's right, you weren't finished burying the party yet, you had 2004 to go.
Okay, I'm done. I'll be better later today. But that's a hell of a wake up call, to find out the best candidate we've had in a month of elections has had to drop out because the system refused to allow him to win.
My dad, who was a Bush supporter in 2000, stunned me over Thanksgiving with word he was going to vote Dean. Then he switched to Edwards. He gets his news from TV (networks and MSNBC), the WSJ, and USA Today. Two days ago, he was surprised to hear from me that Clark had had more 1st and 2nd place finishes than Edwards. He thought Clark was polling and placing down in Kucinich/Sharpton territory.
But the media isn't biased, so stop saying that.
This is an election when we could literally run anybody and win. So why not pick the best candidate, regardless of that damned "electability" nonsense? Bush is dead. Dead, dead, dead. He should be impeached and sent to the Hague for full prosecution. So let's pick the best candidate we can get, instead of just settling on someone who appears to have momentum. Sheesh.
